20 Greatest Bootlegs – The Cover Art

by

Here is the cover art for my compilation The 20 Greatest Bootlegs Of All-Time.

If you feel like it, read the liner notes to this mix.

Here’s the front cover:

[I had a stamp of the type made, and hand stamped each cover in red ink to give it that old-timey bootleg feelin'!]

Here’s the inside front cover:

[Copy reads: "For liner notes on this mix - and so much more - please visit dkpresents.wordpress.com"]

Here’s the back tray:

The inspiration:

Of course, The Rolling Stones groundbreaking live bootleg LiveR Than You’ll Ever Be was the inspiration for this cover art. Unfortunately, I can only find the above tiny little picture of it, so I’ll have to scan my own vinyl copy to convey the true coolness of its primative artwork. Stay tuned for this…
